Location: Miramar Beach

Receptionist

Join Spaces. offices | co-working | meeting rooms as a Community Associate, working closely with customers across varied industries to build and maintain a welcoming community within our centers while managing all administrative and support needs.

Responsibilities
  • Arrive before center opening to prepare work spaces and ensure everything is ready for customers.
  • Answer incoming calls, handle Wi‑Fi changes, package inquiries, and assist with meeting room setups.
  • Perform routine customer tasks such as printing, invoicing, and ticket creation in the service portal.
  • Coordinate with the Community Manager to plan and promote events, create e‑invitations, print posters, and manage noticeboards.
  • Guide groups to suitable venues, maintain a clean and orderly environment, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the day.
  • Proactively communicate with customers, sending follow‑up emails and updating them on pending requests.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Ownership of problem resolution and a proactive approach to service.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast‑changing situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
