Join Premier Plumbers in Sarasota, FL as a Plumbing Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep. We are looking for a dispatcher who has experience in Service Titan. We are expanding into Ft Myers and need to grow the call center here in Sarasota. If you have worked as a dispatcher for a plumbing company, AC company, Electrical company, etc. we would like to speak with you.

We offer this position competitive pay of up to $27 an hour
, commensurate with your experience and skills. Our Plumbing Dispatchers - Customer Service Reps enjoy a stable Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM with a one-hour lunch in between. As a Plumbing Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep, you'll be the bridge between our skilled technicians and our valued customers. You'll communicate with customers, schedule appointments, and ensure our plumbing experts arrive on time, every time. With exceptional multitasking skills, you'll keep the workflow flowing smoothly while maintaining records and updating job progress for seamless operations!
QUALIFICATIONS:- 2+ years of dispatching experience
- Service Titan experience
- Good communication and strong typing skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Having at least 3 years of dispatch experience is a plus!
