• Provide information about the products and services to clients
• Work with Customer on setting up their insurance claim
• Manage customers appointment and scheduling based on data entered on internal CRM software
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Sales Support

• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
