HVAC Customer Service Dispatcher

Job Summary

The Client Support Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support for our clients. This individual will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the initial call to the completion of the service.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from customers
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians
• Provide accurate information regarding services, warranties, and pricing
• Maintain detailed and organized records within our service management system
• Resolve customer issues or elevate to the appropriate team member when necessary
• Follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with internal departments for efficient service delivery
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and professional demeanor
• Coachable and motivated to seek out additional responsibilities.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Sit up to (8) hours per day, occasionally lift to (15) pounds.
