Rental Associate

Jonathan Dickinson Hospitality LLC is excited to announce that we are the new concessionaire at Jonathan Dickinson State Park! Join our new team and help us launch exciting and improved park operations! We're looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Rental Associates to join our team and help create a welcoming experience for park guests. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate kayaks, canoes or other watercrafts based on their experience level and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about safety guidelines, water conditions, and local regulations.
• Inspect and maintain kayaks, canoes and other watercraft equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Conduct regular safety checks on life jackets, paddles, and other equipment.
• Process rental transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Collect necessary customer information and waivers
• Handle cash and card payments and maintain accurate rental records

• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
• Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to meet and/or exceed customer expectations
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting will be required
