Compliance Offices

Our clientis seeking a Contract Compliance Officesto join their team. The contract duration is approximately 11 weeks. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service instincts, sharp attention to detail, and the confidence to communicate clearly and professionally, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Compliance Offices (Contract)

Pay: $38.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

What's the Job?

• Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of complaints that are filed.
• Read state statute and compare it with the complaint information to analyze the issue.
• Communicate with the public and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
• Advise complainants of the Division’s jurisdiction, including that the case is being closed and the reason for closure.
• Send written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor, and close the case in Versa by entering the appropriate codes/activities/statutes; document actions in the OnBase system.

• Read and interpret Florida statutes.
• Previous experience working with the public in a professional work environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage case details accurately.
• Commitment to project timelines.
