- Monday 7:40 am–5:00 pm
- Wednesday 7:40 am–5:00 pm
- Thursday 7:40 am–4:00 pm
- Every other Friday 9:00 am–12:00 pm

More About the RoleResponsibilities include:
- Greet and welcome patients to create a great first impression.
- Manage front‑office duties, including answering phones, checking mail and email, and communicating with patients and insurance companies.
- Use Dentrix for patient scheduling and records.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
- File insurance claims and follow up on outstanding items; verify benefits and explain coverage.
- Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivable.
- Review treatment‑plan fees and payment options with patients.
- Partner with providers and team to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office potential.

Minimum Qualifications- Experience working in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Access to minimum PHI necessary for job functions; regular HIPAA training required.
- 1+ year(s) in a dental or medical setting.
- 1+ year(s) with insurance billing and accounts receivable.
- Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
- Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically.
- TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions, completed prior to starting employment.
