Exciting Full-Time Dental Assistant Position (Part-time)
Join our vibrant and patient-centered dental practice as a Dental Assistant, where you'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional care. Whether you're a new graduate eager to start your career or an experienced professional, we welcome your enthusiasm and skills. Proficiency in English is essential, and the ability to speak Spanish is a plus for better serving our diverse patient base.
Pay- $18 - $20 per hour
Salary based on experience.
Shift & Schedule- Monday to Friday
- License & Certification:
Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
- Education:
Completion of a dental assisting program preferred. - Experience:
Open to both new graduates and experienced dental assistants. - Language
Skills:
Fluent in English (required). - Spanish proficiency (preferred).
- Strong multitasking abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with PDFendo software is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Prepare treatment rooms for procedures by setting up instruments and materials.
- Assist the dentist chairside during examinations and procedures.
- Take and develop x-rays, ensuring patient comfort and compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform sterilization of dental instruments and maintain infection control standards.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records using PDFendo software.
- Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for patients of all ages.
