We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager who thrives in a leadership role and takes pride in running an organized, efficient, and positive dental practice. This is a unique opportunity to help build a brand-new office from the ground up and grow with it long term.

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient patient flow
• Manage scheduling, billing, collections, and insurance processes
• Lead, train, and support front-office and clinical staff
• Monitor key performance indicators and help achieve practice goals
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and dental industry regulations
• Ensure a warm, professional, and consistent patient experience

• Minimum 2 years of dental office management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and collections
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficient with dental practice management software
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and committed to creating an outstanding patient experience
