Our firm has spent three decades designing spaces for local and national clients across Sports, Commercial, Community, Government, Hospitality, and Education markets. • Lead design efforts balancing aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability from planning through completion
• Guide BIM integration and technical coordination across all project phases
• Partner with Project Managers on client engagement, ensuring designs align with client vision
• Oversee design quality, constructability, and compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Implement quality control processes across design and documentation
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of professional growth
• Champion sustainable design and stay current with industry advancements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent professional experience
• Licensed Architect with 10+ years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, Sketch Up, and Enscape
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
