• Employed position with above‑market compensation that includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume)
• Outpatient primary care responsibilities only
• Full malpractice coverage with tail

• Ability to practice as part of a collaborative team that may include, but is not limited to, Family Practice and/or Internal Medicine Physicians, RN Clinical Managers, and center team
• A fully supportive care team that enables our providers to spend time with their patients and provide outstanding care

• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non‑probationary
• Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
• Driven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare‑aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center team members
• Confident in their ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
• Passionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growing organization
• Comfortable traveling within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each other
