    5x10s per week, plus a 24-hour regular weekend shift, Saturday 7am - Sunday 7am

    In-house call shift starts at 3pm and runs to 7am

• Average Daily Cases: CV = 3 or 4
• Anesthetizing Sites: 12 ORs/9 NORA
• Number of Surgical Cases per Year: 9,000
• Anesthesia Model: 9MD / 16 APP
• MD:
  
  CRNA Ratio: 1:3, Care team model
• Types of Cases:
  Level II Trauma, Ortho, Spine, Vascular, limited Neuro, Endo, EP Lab
• Cardiac Case Load: 10-12/week, 40-50/month; EP, watchman = 80/month
• EMR:
  Medaxion for anesthesia charting, Meditech for orders and reviewing patient records
• Hands-on practice
• No CRNA support on CV call shifts
• Expected to be present for Induction and Emergence, participate in post-op care, and pre-op evaluation of patients

Requirements

• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Must be board certified or board eligible
