The Office of Research Affairs at the University of Florida College of Medicine Jacksonville invites applications for a full-time faculty position at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level to further grow our research focus on implementation science. We are seeking established, extramurally-funded implementation scientist(s) who will expand our engagement of the health issues that affect the population we serve and also provide value-add to our existing federally funded programs in the areas of respiratory health, neurorehabilitation, and/or population genomics.
As our mission is to translate groundbreaking research to our patients and community, implementation science is a key area of focus for our college. Jacksonville, FL. The UF College of Medicine – Jacksonville is the largest of the three colleges at the Health Science Center Jacksonville and maintains a thriving research ecosystem with a growing reputation in the southeast and nationally.

- This position offers opportunities for both tenured and non-tenured academic tracks, depending on the candidate's experience, background, and whether or not the candidate is a clinician.
- MD/DO/PhD in a relevant field
- Ideal candidates will be at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor rank with an established record of federal funding as principal investigators.
- Preference will be given to candidates with 3–5 years of experience conducting their own original research with extramural funding as principal investigator.
