** This is a Paid Internship position available through Career Source Capital Region. All candidates will be considered after program eligibility is determined.” **
About this position:
- Coordinate and plan activities for all campers.
- Work directly with the camp director to provide the best camp experience for growth in academics, social, and personal development.
- Serve as a role model for campers in activities.
- Interact with the campers to foster engagement and learning.
- Teach Math, Reading, and Writing skills.
- Relate effectively to campers of all ages.
- Enforce rules and regulations of recreational facilities to maintain discipline and ensure safety.
- Provide entertainment and set up related decorations and equipment.
- Meet with staff to discuss rules, regulations, and work-related issues.
- Encourage participants to develop their own activities and leadership skills through group discussions.
