We prepare learners in Pasco County, Pre‑K through 12th grade, for high school, college, and the workforce by delivering world‑class education through the arts in a collaborative environment fueled by a passion for learning.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Teach undergraduate students in a specific field of expertise
- Develop and manage the class syllabus and ensure that the syllabus meets program standards
- Plan and create lectures, in‑class discussions, and assignments
- Grade assigned papers, quizzes, and exams
- Maintain and submit accurate grade rosters and class attendance records as required within established course deadlines
- Assess grades for students based on participation, performance in class, assignments, and examinations
- Report student learning outcomes, class reviews, and analyze student data
- Collaborate with colleagues on course curriculum
- Advise students on how to be successful and achieve goals
- Stay updated on innovations and changes within the course field
- Participate in professional development activities
- Attend and participate in faculty meetings, as assigned
- Adhere to Early College standards and policies
- All employees must be fingerprinted and pass a background screening process by the Clearinghouse
- Master’s or Ph.D. in the relevant academic field
- A passion for innovative education and a commitment to a diverse group of learners
- Advanced organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with a variety of students
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders
