We coach at more than 150 locations around Northern and Central Florida with more than 10,000 children enrolled annually.

Compensation & Benefits to Our Coach

• Starting Pay - $20 - 28 per hour (commensurate on experience)
• Detailed Coaching Progression – you train more, you get paid more
• 401(k) with up to 3% company match
• Paid for Continuing Education in Early Childhood Education and Soccer Coaching
• Ability to promote to Full-Time salaried employee

Requirements for a Coach

• Passion for early education and positively impacting youth
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma
• Eligible to work in the U.S., including passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check
• Must be 18 to pass a DCF Level 2 background check (per Florida statutes)

Coaching Hours

Monday through Friday 8:30am–6:00pm;
Saturdays 8:30am–12:00pm

A Day in the Life of a Coach

• Safely manage a class of up to 16 children
• Implement our curriculum focusing on skill and character development
• Arrive on time to locations and provide a positive experience to faculty and families
• Maintain equipment and manage class rosters
• Go home knowing you made a difference

Compensation Details

Compensation: $20-28 per hour (Part Time)

We train the best coaches in the business. We put every Soccer Shots coach through a comprehensive training program to receive certification that includes developmentally appropriate coaching techniques. Our coaches are routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing training. Our coach selection process emphasizes the ability to engage and inspire children. Experience in other sports is welcome and transferable.

Family Experience & Curriculum

Our families experience exceptional customer service and ongoing communication. Members of the Soccer Shots team must be excellent communicators with children, parents, partners and teammates. We use an expert-approved curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards focused on character development and skill building in various settings.
