This job description is designed to outline expectations for the Students Pastor. It will serve as a guide for him, but is not intended to unduly limit his ministry to the items listed below. The primary area of responsibility is the evangelism and discipleship of students.
The Students Pastor is accountable to the direct oversight of the Senior Pastor in regards to job performance and expectations. The Elders of MBC are expected to support, love, care for, and provide guidance to the Students Pastor as he seeks to honor God and His Church.
