Learning & Development Specialist
Pearson is seeking a dedicated Faculty Support role in Tallahassee to help educators maximize Pearson courseware and its functionality. You will coach the Faculty Support Associates, handle escalations, and guide course builds for high-service accounts.
Hours are 8AM-8PM EST, Monday through Friday, with additional weekend coverage during peak periods. You will engage with top adoptions, support at-risk adoptions, and run instructor onboarding sessions to ensure exceptional service.
