Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) is seeking a floater to support daily activities in our early childhood classrooms on-site in Florida. You will assist teachers, ensure safety and developmental needs are met, and help provide a nurturing environment for children with diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities include aiding with activities, health and safety tasks, and maintaining classroom order while engaging families and participating in trainings.
