Preschool Director

Job Description

The Preschool Director leads mixed-age programs in partnership with the ownership team, overseeing program quality, staff performance, family relationships, safety, and enrollment growth. This role offers opportunities for continued leadership advancement while supporting a strong, engaging early childhood environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee mixed-age preschool programs.
• Supervise, support, and develop teaching staff.
• Manage enrollment initiatives and support center growth.
• Build positive relationships with children’s families.
• Maintain effective safety and operational practices.
• Partner with the ownership team on center leadership and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in preschool administration.
• Background in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience managing and developing staff.
• Strong communication skills.
