• Data processing and analyses
• Surface water modeling (hydrodynamic, hydraulic, hydrologic and water quality)
• Field data collection
• Writing technical reports
• Performing engineering/scientific calculations and critical reviews of technical reports
• Attending meetings with clients and regulatory authorities
• Support development of proposals in response to RFPs
• Training:
  We offer professional development opportunities including in-house seminars, technical model training, webinars, and mentoring, that allow our professionals to build the technical and business skills necessary to become successful consultants
• Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed

• Bachelor's degree in water resource engineering, coastal engineering, civil engineering, water resource science, coastal science, or closely related field (required)
• Master's degree in related field (preferred)

• Experience in the development and application of surface water models (preferred)
• Programming skills to support data processing and analyses
• Good communication and report development skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• GIS capabilities (preferred)
• Regular field work and overnight travel (required)
• Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing (required)
• Field data collection experience (preferred)
• Valid U.S. driver's license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel (required)
• Valid passport (or eligibility to obtain) and ability/willingness to travel internationally to support waterfront project work (preferred)
• Boating experience (preferred)
