Provide services and support as an Environmental Continuing Services (Regulatory Compliance Advisor) in the Environmental Management Industry sector, focusing on Environmental Services solutions for clients such as the City of Tallahassee (TLH) and the Department of Environmental Services & Facilities Management, primarily in the southeastern region.
Responsibilities and Duties- Advise on permitting and compliance strategies for environmental projects.
- Collaborate with agencies such as the EPA and Florida DEP to navigate regulatory processes.
- Conduct regulatory impact analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of environmental compliance laws.
- Familiarity with enforcement negotiation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Environmental Science, or related field plus 5+ years of compliance advisory experience.
- Certifications in regulatory compliance or enforcement negotiations preferred.
- Analytical skills, negotiation, and legal analysis.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Problem‑solving and critical thinking.
