THIS POSITION CAN BE BASED IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING BGE OFFICES: TAMPA, SARASOTA, VERO BEACH, WEST PALM BEACH

• Prepares and calculate subdivision plats and site plans
• Assists in peer reviews and feedback of work products
• Prepares abandonment applications
• Prepares special request applications
• Prepares formal feasibility reports
• Attends agency review meetings
• Attends public meetings
• Effectively communicates and coordinates with both internal and external clients
• Coordinates with agency team members on all platting / abandonment applications
• Assists with preparation of contracts
• Mentors less experienced team members

• High School Diploma required;
  Associates degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of related work experience as a Platting Coordinator or Technician
• Proficient with Microsoft Office:
  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Thorough understanding of subdivision platting process
• Thorough understanding of agency regulations
• Capable and willing to drive personal vehicle throughout region
