Project Scheduler II – E&C

Contract assignment – 1 year (W-2) with Westinghouse Electric Company.

Position is located in Juno Beach, Florida. The candidate will join the project scheduling team of the Engineering and Construction division.

• Report to the group manager and create, maintain, and progress project schedules using Primavera P6 Software.
• Prepare monthly reports for construction projects comparing baseline approved schedules to progress schedules.
• Conduct critical path method analysis, resource loading, cost loading, manpower submittal analysis and evaluate update impacts to aid in recovery plan development.
• Act as a key member of the scheduling team in support of project teams working on various technologies to drive project success through the entire life cycle.
• Develop effective and accurate schedules, coordinate multidisciplinary meetings and report to management for a portfolio of projects.

• 4+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling software experience.
• 6 – 10 years of overall project scheduling experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management or similar field, or applicable experience.
• Team player who can interact with all project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints for inclusion in the plan.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead schedule review meetings and coordinate requirements.
• Strong bias for action-oriented performers; analytical mindset; ability to review, criticize and validate external information.
• Strong process management, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to report project status & variances to management clearly and concisely.

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $52.00/hr to $57.00/hr.
