Paycom - ATS seeks an Industrial Engineer I to support manufacturing operations through process improvement, production optimization, and NPI for optical/electro-optical products. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Production to boost productivity and reduce costs.
Applying Lean principles, data analysis, and work measurement, you will improve efficiency, develop standard work, assist with layout planning, cycle-time studies, and 5S initiatives.
