Engineering Technician who solves complex technical problems in avionics manufacturing, developing new products, supporting existing ones, and improving production efficiency. Responsible for process improvements and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Develop solutions to project requirements, using simulation and modeling to support expansions and process changes
Design and implement process improvements that raise production output and quality
Coordinate engineering service providers, inspectors, and other technical resources on projects
Develop new products and test new designs
Inspect for and identify non-compliant products and processes
Lead production technicians on special projects and support team development
Support ISO 9001, AS9100, Lean Manufacturing, and safety initiatives
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or 7-10 years of equivalent field experience
Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery
Proficiency with CAD, data analysis programs, and related software
Strong written and verbal communication, including writing clear technical instructions
High manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
Skills:
Project management experience preferred
You hold a bachelor's in engineering or equivalent experience. You excel at CAD, data analysis, and process improvement. You have strong communication skills and can lead technical teams
