You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment that supports the production of high-quality turbine components. Whether you're optimizing production schedules, enhancing quality systems, or leading continuous improvement initiatives, your work directly contributes to the reliability and sustainability of global energy systems.

• Develop quality plans for new parts, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
• Maintain process integrity by interpreting quality procedures and technical documentation.
• Identify and eliminate manufacturing flow obstacles for continuous improvement.
• Lead quality systems activities, including audits and corrective actions using tools like 5-Why and Fishbone.
• Facilitate Kaizen events for process enhancements.
• Conduct internal and supplier ISO audits.
• Promote safety and accountability, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
• Manage staffing, training, and employee attendance for a team of quality technicians charged with final quality verification of products for on-time shipments.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or investment casting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in team building and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of ISO
  9001 or AS9100 standards;
  Auditor Certification and knowledge of ISO
  14001 or ISO
  45001 are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
• The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
