• Deales a selected table game in accordance with established policy and procedures.

• Complies with all regulatory requirements and maintains confidentiality of trade secrets and proprietary information.
• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining environment; demonstrates actions that reinforce the Company’s mission and values.
• Performs the functions of a Dealer on an assigned shift and exercises responsible gaming and alcohol service guidelines.
• Adheres to Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida policies; notifies management of any illegal acts or ethics concerns.

• REQUIRED:
  
  18 years of age or older.
• Ability to successfully complete a Black Jack Dealing training course or prior casino dealing experience.
• Willing to participate in a professional photo shoot and represent the company at events for marketing purposes.
• Comfortable wearing a uniform that includes a corset, top, boy-shorts, fishnet stockings and boots (size 0-6 as applicable).
• PHYSICAL DEMANDS: exposure to casino environmental factors, standing for shift duration, and mobility throughout the casino and hotel areas.
• Must wear required Zig Zag Dealer uniform if selected.

• Stand, walk, and maintain high mobility for most of the shift; communicate with guests in a high-noise environment.
• Move across varied surfaces; bend, lift, and handle supplies up to 20 pounds; push/pull equipment over 100 pounds as needed.
• Visual requirements include close and distance vision; transition between bright and dim lighting; exposure to tobacco smoke in some areas.
• May use de-escalation techniques and assist in emergency evacuations when required.

The Tribal Council gives preference in employment to Native Americans. Final candidates will undergo a background check including credit, criminal background, and drug screening as part of Seminole Gaming’s process.
