Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (Depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Saturday

• Oversee all accounting and financial operations for the bottling facility.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with a focus on manufacturing costs.
• Monitor and control plant costs, including labor, materials, overhead, and inventory.
• Partner with plant and operations leadership to improve margins and operational performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation, standard costing, and cost accounting practices.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
• Lead and develop the accounting team; provide guidance and training as needed.
• Support audits, tax filings, and financial reporting requirements.
• Provide timely financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience as a Controller or Senior Accounting/Finance leader.
• 2 years of experience using WMS and ERP systems (preferably in the food industry).
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and standard costing.
• Experience working closely with plant operations and production teams.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work on‑site and be hands‑on within the facility.
