Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Assist leadership in coordination, planning, scheduling and execution of all activities within assigned team. Lead and develop staff to ensure goals, deadlines, and objectives are met.
- Make recommendations for assigned personnel regarding employment, career development, performance evaluations, salary changes, promotions, transfers and terminations within established policies and guidelines.
- Work with leadership to establish key process indicators, deadlines, and other measurable goals that ensure team success.
- Prepare and maintain departmental reports, logs and documents in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, in accordance with established retention schedules and corporate and departmental guidelines for client confidentiality and accuracy.
- Monitor and enforce use of internal policies and procedures, report deviation or risks to leadership.
- Assist in the monitoring of expenses to be in compliance with budget process.
- High school degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
- Three years of proven leadership experience as Team Lead or similar role
- Working knowledge of assigned area
- Ability to work in an area governed by production standards and under pressure to meet critical deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills to prioritize and manage department’s ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
- Associates degree in Business Management or related field
- 2-5 years of banking experience
- Familiar with AI tools
- Some experience with adjustments and returns
