Tax Expert - Local Office

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round Turbo Tax Local Service Experts in one of our new Turbo Tax locations across the United States. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a Turbo Tax - Local Service Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."

About the Role:

In this role, you will work on-site from a Turbo Tax location as part of a collaborative team of financial experts, serving in-person and virtual customers who use Intuit Turbo Tax products.

Your primary focus will be full-service tax return preparation, providing expert tax advice, calculations, and software support, but your responsibility extends beyond that. You will be the connective tissue between your customers and a broader team of specialists covering business tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services. This is not a hand-off model. You will sit in the same customer meetings, absorb the same context, and build a shared understanding of each customer's complete financial picture, then work in lock
