Job Summary

This is a Tax Specialist I position in the General Tax Administration (GTA) Program, GTA Communications Process, Tax Education and Communication Team. The incumbent is responsible for providing support to System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX) end-users, developing operational communications, and editing or reviewing correspondence for plain language, clarity, and consistency.

Minimum Requirements
  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
  • Six months of experience working in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX).
  • Experience editing or writing professional documents such as job aids or presentations.
Preferences
  • Preference may be given to candidates with experience managing SharePoint libraries.
Special Notes
  • The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $3,881.92 monthly/$46,583.04 annually.
  • The selected candidate will be required to report to the Capital Circle Office Complex Center in Tallahassee, FL.
  • Telework options will not be available until after a six-month evaluation period.

$46,583.04 / annually
