SALARY RANGE

$50,000.00 - $55,156.66 Annually $1,923.07 - $2,121.41 Bi-weekly

Position Summary

This is a highly responsible position within the Operations section of the Agency for Persons with Disabilities State Office whose role includes but is not limited to Crisis Waiver Enrollment (CWE) quality assurance reviews, cost plan reviews, and enrollment activities for the Agency according to policies and procedures.

The Work You Will Do

Assists with the approval, development and revision of rules, policies and procedures related to application, intake, and eligibility determination activities. Provides technical assistance to Agency staff, providers and stakeholders related to CWE and enrollment activities to ensure compliance with rules and operating procedures. Develop and update training material as needed.

Conducts random quality assurance desk reviews of crisis decisions. Analyzes CWE data reports and provides detailed analysis of findings to each Regional Operations Manager to identify trends. Ensures compliance with established rules and operating procedures and identify improvement opportunities. Assists with the provision of training, technical assistance to all Regions related to Crisis Waiver Enrollments (CWE).

Assists with developing and processing ad hoc reports for the Program Administrator for work related to application, intake, and eligibility determination projects.

Conducts cost plan reviews to ensure compliance with State and Federal rules and procedures.

Coordinates and collaborates with other state agencies on special and other assignments.

Performs administrative and clerical duties related to programs and services for agency clients.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Evaluation design, outcome measurement, data collection, data analysis and written data report skills required.

Knowledge of:

  • DD/HCBS Medicaid Waiver and Florida's Developmental Disabilities system with particular knowledge of philosophy and values associated with a person centered system.
