• Conduct skin care consultations and perform treatments.
• Recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to sales targets.
• Greet clients warmly and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their skin care concerns and goals.
• Perform Hydra Facial, chemical peels, and microneedling treatments with precision and expertise.
• Tailor treatments to match clients' chosen packages, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
• Upsell premium skin care products to enhance clients' post‑treatment care routine.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to promoting all SEROTONIN Anti‑Aging Center services, packages, memberships, and products.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and emerging technologies in skin care.

• Must be a Florida Licensed Aesthetician.
• Proven experience as a licensed aesthetician, with expertise in Hydra Facials, chemical peels, and microneedling.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism in client interactions.
• Strong ability to work independently while delivering outstanding client care.
• Prior sales experience and willingness to upsell skin care products.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A commitment to the success of the center and a willingness to contribute to its growth.
• Knowledge of skin care trends, products, and treatments is preferred.
• Relevant certifications and licenses as required by local regulations.

Compensation
: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
