ACLS/PALS/BLS Certified.

SkillsStrong public speaking, communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
AdditionalWillingness to attain infection control certification or other continued educational certifications beneficial for the role.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced nursing professional to serve in this multifaceted role to ensure excellence in clinical education, infection prevention, and employee health across our organization. The ideal candidate will be a passionate educator, a vigilant infection control advocate, and a compassionate leader dedicated to the well‑being of our healthcare team.
Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for clinical staff. Establish instructor credentials to teach/issue Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Facilitate training certifications. Facilitate clinical staff onboarding and orientation for new hires. Support continuing education and professional development initiatives. Lead community educational outreach initiatives with coordination of support groups. Collaborate with department leaders to identify learning needs and provide targeted training.
Lead infection control initiatives in alignment with CDC, OSHA, and CMS guidelines. Monitor and analyze infection data to identify trends and implement corrective actions. Conduct audits and provide education on infection prevention practices. Serve as a resource for outbreak investigations and mitigation strategies. Assist with employee health programs including immunizations, screenings, and wellness initiatives. Manage exposure incidents and coordinate follow‑up care with Practitioner.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements related to employee health. Promote a culture of safety and well‑being among staff.
