Job Description:
We're seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dedicated team in a welcoming Skilled Nursing Facility located in Pahokee, FL. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, or cognitive impairments

• Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress in Net Health EMR

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to promote optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain 85% productivity

Requirements:

• Active Florida PT license (or eligibility)

• Previous SNF experience preferred

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Available to start ASAP
