Job Summary
Under general supervision and according to established nursing standards, policies, procedures, and professional guidelines, delivers nursing care to patients. Collaborates with the unit manager on operations. Exercises independent judgment and advanced clinical skills. Plans and implements nursing care, documents assessments, reports situations requiring intervention, and communicates goals and care plans. Ensures patients' rights are upheld. Performs duties aligned with Tampa General Hospital's mission, vision, and values.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Florida RN licensure.
- Minimum of one year clinical experience.
- BSN required.
- This is a leadership position.
