Seeking a PTA to cover therapy services in Moore Haven, FL home setting. We are an outpatient therapy at home provider in ALFs and Home settings, delivering therapy to a geriatric clientele. We aim for proactive preventative care to support aging-in-place and dignified geriatric therapy. Scheduling is flexible and patient assignment is negotiable.

• Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner
• Provide skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence
• Communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare team members
• Maintain timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associate in Physical Therapy
• Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in respective field of study
• Actively Licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant
