As a Substance Abuse Counselor, you will engage with patients through individual, group, and/or family counseling, working with a collaborative treatment team to identify and meet the clinical needs of patients.

New Season Treatment Centers has been a leading national health care service provider for over 30 years, specializing in outpatient treatment centers for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:

• Completing intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork with patients
• Documenting patient progress through counseling and interaction with groups
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Performing individual, group, and family counseling sessions
• Educating patients on treatment, health issues, and recovery steps

To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's Degree in a Human Services related field or a Master's Degree with MCAP. Experience in the substance abuse field is preferred but not required.
