Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing in accordance with established practices.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all specimen activities.
• Uphold organizational standards and promote a positive image to patients, clients, and the public.
• Create an atmosphere of trust while explaining procedures and drawing specimens skillfully and safely.
• Ensure confidentiality and precision when handling patient information.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Ability to deliver high-quality, error‑free work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric specimen collection.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime as needed.

Qualification and

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Medical training, such as that for a medical assistant or paramedic, is preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of experience required; 1+ years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboarding and data entry experience required.
