Phlebotomist

Shift timings: 8:00-5:00 M-F, Rotating Saturday 8-2

• The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients, assisting with health routines or health decisions.
• The PSR I draws quality blood samples, prepares specimens for lab testing, following established practices and procedures.
• Creates a trusting environment with patients, explaining procedures and drawing blood safely and accurately.
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors, focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy, performing daily activities accurately and on time under supervision.
• Performs forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties confidently, following established protocols.
• Maintains records and documentation, promotes a positive image, and demonstrates organizational commitment.

• Ability to produce quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

• Minimum of 6 months experience required.
• One year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
