What You'll Do- Support OTRs in delivering meaningful, functional therapy interventions
- Help residents regain independence and skills for everyday living
- Complete 13‑week assignments across Florida
- Bring creativity and compassion to facilities where help is needed most
- Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
- Active Florida COTA license or eligibility
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability
- Passion for resident‑centered rehabilitation
