• Assist patients, insurance companies, and laboratories with inquiries regarding billing issues
• Review records for patient information, insurance information, service descriptors, diagnosis codes, and managed care authorization requirements
• Print daily appointment voucher reports and reconcile all vouchers
• Enter, review, and retrieve patient account information, ensuring accuracy
• Follow up on claims submitted to monitor payment status and coordinate insurance reimbursements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
• General knowledge of office procedures and operations
• Skill in data entry with minimal errors
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form

• Any relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience may be considered
