Base pay range

$87,000.00/yr – $87,000.00/yr

Salary and Benefits
Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
Earn Up to $87,000 per year based on Experience, and Secondary Languages $2,400 Orientation Training Stipend

Clinician role

As a clinician at Chrysalis Health, you will provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. While most therapy sessions are conducted in person, we also offer some telehealth options to provide flexibility and convenience for our clients.

Impactful Client Care Responsibilities
  • Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients with an array of patient ages and diagnoses.
  • Conduct and document client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information.
  • Deliver services to clients in the community and there is no requirement to go to an office.
  • Utilize evidence based practices to enhance clinical outcomes of clients.
  • Identifies resource requirements necessary to fulfill identified needs.
  • Collaborates with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other health care professionals to ensure optimal client care.
  • Advocates for patient access to community resources.
  • Communicates treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Facilitates and offers individual and family therapy on psychosocial issues such as coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support.
  • Demonstrates professionalism to reassure patients of their care by a skilled and compassionate professional.
Candidate Requirements
  • Licensed:
    Have an active and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) License in the State of Florida.
  • Education:

    Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
  • Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.
  • Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs.
  • Organizational and Time allocation skill abilities, and to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs.
  • Ability to utilize self-care techniques to best manage to achieve optimal work life balance.
  • Ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform.
