Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) is a private, nonprofit community-based healthcare system serving a 22‑county region in North Florida and South Georgia. TMH operates a 772‑bed acute care hospital and regional centers for advanced care, including:
- Level II Trauma Center
- Primary Stroke Center
- Level III Neonatal Intensive Care
- Pediatric Intensive Care
- Advanced cancer, heart and vascular, orthopedic & surgery programs
In addition to the acute care hospital, TMH includes a psychiatric hospital, multiple specialty care centers, six residency programs, and more than 50 affiliated physician practices.
Job SummaryPerforms a variety of dietary functions in the hospital, including delivery of food carts and outpatient trays, procurement of unit floor supplies, removal of food boxes and trash, sweeping and mopping, cleaning of pots and pans, and general sanitation duties.
ReportingReports to Food Service Manager.
SupervisesNone.
Required Education- High School graduate or GED certificate (preferred).
- Minimum one year of food service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- None.
