The C.N.A. provides personal care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Personal care activities include bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, ambulation, ensuring fluids and foods are offered throughout the shift. The C.N.A. records information regarding the residents’ activities of daily living, performs vital signs and weighs residents as directed by the licensed nurse. The C.N.A. is responsible for helping to maintain a clean unit and for ensuring that residents and their families feel care and appreciated.

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Completion of a C.N.A. program from an educational institute

• One year of experience in patient/resident care is preferred.

• Current C.N.A. License
• Current Basic Life Support certification

• Positive customer service skills
