Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Urgent Care Family Medicine team in Northern Dade County, Florida. This is a full-time role for a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities Deliver urgent care services to patients aged 3 months and older Independently assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute conditions Interpret first reads on x-rays Perform minor procedures including:
Incision & drainage (I&D) Suturing Care for both pediatric and adult patients Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with patients and the care team Qualifications Board Certified as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Minimum of 3 years??? experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine Eligible for or holds a Florida medical license Confident in managing independent patient care in a fast-paced setting Benefits & Incentives Competitive salary with attractive incentive structure Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Outpatient-only???no
