On the hour Report To:
Nursing Supervisor Office. Due to construction the Physician / Employee entrance is located right next to the Emergency Room and it will be the second door on the left. You may be required to leave collateral such as keys to check out facility items (Imobile phones, badges). Please return each shift unless otherwise approved by a facility leader. Please ensure you sign in the book additionally to punching in.

Parking:
Anywhere except the ER parking. Please do not park in front of the ER as this parking lot is reserved for patients and their families.
