• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills for residents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance communication abilities.
• Provide one‑to‑one and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to integrate speech therapy into overall care plans.
• Track progress, document interventions, and adjust goals as needed.
• Educate residents and family members on communication strategies and adaptive devices.

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
• CCC/SLP certification or eligibility for CFY
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Florida
