Job Overview
Make a Difference with Arosa: Join our team of compassionate caregivers and help seniors live independently in a supportive home environment. As a Live‑In Caregiver, you will reside in the client’s home, providing 24/7 support and a sense of companionship while receiving room and board.
Key Responsibilities- Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
- Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support.
- Communicate and document progress with the care team.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
- Excellent communication skills;
English proficiency encouraged. - Compassionate personality and patient demeanor.
- Experience or willingness to provide care for senior adults.
- HCA registered (training provided).
- Crystal‑clear drug screen and criminal background check.
- Licensed drivers required to provide client transportation.
